As the nation grapples with COVID-19, we are all receiving updates from countless businesses, services, and friends. The nation is experiencing mass closures, including schools and local businesses, which is adjusting our lives in an unprecedented way. Here at BTR, we wanted to provide an update to our partners and clients as well, with one common theme – we are still here, operating as normal.
- Most of BTR’s employees are remote employees, very familiar with virtual operations. Over the years BTR has invested heavily into our infrastructure to support our entire team with the tools they need. We have communicated to those employees who utilize our Tampa office to commit to working from home, to limit their exposure. All team members are equipped to handle day-to-day operations from their home office.
- Just like much of the country, many of our employees have children and other family members who are also now at home. Please accept our apologies in advance for any background distractions or delays in response times, as we are all navigating this new dynamic together.
- BTR is suspending all business travel for our employees. In addition, we are closely monitoring the guidance of the Centers for Disease Control, along with Federal and local leadership, to ensure our company is in accordance with all recommendations. ALL relevant updates will be provided to you as soon as they are available. In the meantime, your Consultants and AskEmily are available for any questions or concerns.
Our thoughts are with all of those affected by this pandemic. We as a nation are at a key point in our history, and it is important to remember that no matter our background, we are all human, and are all affected by this.
