Jeana Parker
Director, Client Services

Jeana is responsible for leadership of BTR Extend operations and overall BTR Extend client experience. She works to streamline best practices across the BTR Extend Team through the various processes team members utilize each day, as well as assisting the Division Manager’s with growth and the scalability of their team. Jeana brings 21 years of experience in Benefits Administration technology with the majority of those focused on leadership of Client Services teams. She enjoys coaching and mentoring her team to elevate their skills and exceed client expectations. Jeana received her Associate’s Degree in Business Technology and Administration from Utah Valley University.

 

Concetta Burns-Ramsey
Employee Navigator Division Manager

Concetta leads and manages BTR’s Employee Navigator Division.  For five years, she has project managed implementations and ongoing benefits administration integrations for BTR clients.  Concetta gives personal care and attention to each of her clients and is passionate about providing superior client service.  Prior to BTR, she worked as a system administrator where she managed system integration for clients.   Concetta received her bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Park University and obtained her master’s in Information Technology Management from Webster University.

 

Nicole McHone
PlanSource Division Manager

Nicole leads and manages BTR’s PlanSource Division. She has over 20 years of experience in finance and technology environments. Prior to her time with BTR, Nicole spent six years in the HCM market, managing large teams of employee benefits and ACA software consultants. Nicole prides herself on being able to combine her technical expertise and customer service skills, resulting in customer experiences that are thorough, informative, and friendly. Nicole has a passion for learning and development, and this is something she fosters both internally with her teams but also and externally by helping customers make the most of their benefits technology. Nicole received an Associate’s Degree from Miami University in Business Management Technology and a Bachelor’s Degree from Indiana Wesleyan University in Management.

 

Nikki Talley
bswift Division Manager

Nikki leads and manages BTR’s bswift Division.  She has over 10 years of experience in the benefits administration industry, and enjoys the technical side of her work, specializing in EDI integrations.  Nikki is results driven and devotes her time to process improvement and team development to ensure client satisfaction and retention.  Nikki received her bachelor’s in Software Engineering from Utah Valley University.

 

Alicia Legg
Configuration Analyst

Alicia is responsible for the configuration of Benefits Administration sites using the bswift system, individualized to each client’s unique needs. Alicia has extensive experience in HR and HR Information Technology that she uses in her configuration to create a streamlined enrollment experience with the end-user in mind. Before working at BTR, Alicia spent nine years using the bswift platform to develop and manage a Benefits Administration solutions for a national broker. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Science degree and has also completed the required coursework for a Master’s degree in Communications from the College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. Alicia holds her Human Resources Information Professional (HRIP) and Project Management Professional (PMP) designations.

 

Alicia Shedeck
Client Experience Manager

As a Client Experience Manager, Alicia manages implementation projects and ongoing support for clients and brokers on the Employee Navigator platform as part of the BTR Extend team. She has a passion for working closely with her clients to build strong relationships and gain an in-depth understanding of their benefits and system needs to ensure the best possible experience. Alicia prides herself on her strong work ethic and her ability to problem solve quickly and effectively. She brings with her over 15 years of benefits administration experience in both broker and carrier roles. Alicia received her bachelor’s degree from Millikin University.

 

Alina Robbins
EDI Analyst

Alina is part of BTR’s in-house EDI team and is responsible for building and implementing file feeds for BTR clients.  She helps ensure the transmission of data from the system to the vendor runs smoothly, from implementation to production.  Prior to joining BTR, Alina spent seven years in the employee benefits industry, four of which were spent managing a large EDI department.  Alina received her bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

 

Amanda Stubenvoll
Strategy & Operations Manager

Amanda is responsible for the development and implementation of long-term strategies for BTR Extend; she helps to create efficiencies and process improvements for internal and external practices and procedures.  Amanda is committed to helping employees gain an in-depth, consistent knowledge base to ensure clients have an exceptional service experience.  She also assists in managing the relationships with BTR Extend’s internal vendors.  Amanda has 15 years of benefits administration experience, seven of which she has spent with BTR.  She obtained her bachelor’s from Marquette University.

 

Angie Uhen 
Service Analyst

Angie assists the BTR Extend Team in supporting our administrative clients. She utilizes all of her resources to ensure team excellence and client success. Angie brings over 6 years of experience in the HR Technology industry specializing in account and COBRA management, as well as eligibility. Angie studied at Lindsey Wilson College and continues to further her knowledge in the HR Technology field.

 

Brittany Fleischmann
Implementation Project Manager

Brittany is part of the BTR extend division and is responsible for Implementation project management of new clients. Brittany gathers all client requirements, handles site implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, data auditing, along with importing and client trainings. Brittany helps to ensure that the client has a positive experience through their implementation with their new benefits admin system. Brittany has over 13 years in the Insurance and Benefits Administration industry and values being able to further build her knowledge towards the ever-changing benefits technology.

 

Danielle Luttrell
Service Analyst

Danielle handles the day-to-day service for BTR Extend clients. She understands that clients are the most valuable asset and is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of client satisfaction and team engagement. Prior to joining BTR, Danielle spent over eight years working in data analytics, project management, and program development. She has a bachelor’s from UC Santa Barbara, holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and is currently attending the University of Central Florida to obtain her master’s.

 

Dayton Paden
Client Experience Manager

Dayton provides ongoing service and support to BTR Extend clients to deliver the best experience with their online enrollment platform.  She brings 15 years of Benefit Administration and Enrollment knowledge with strong ACA reporting expertise.  Dayton has maintained her Life and Health Insurance license since 2010.  While spending a short time on the Sales side of HCM platforms, Dayton realized that the ongoing relationships with brokers and clients is what brought happiness from this position and made her feel most “at home.”  Dayton received her Bachelor’s Degree in Communication from The Ohio State University.

 

Denise Pyott
Senior Configuration Analyst

Denise handles all aspects of system building and configuration for BTR clients.  She is thorough and has a strong attention to detail to ensure each client’s site is configured correctly the first time.  Denise enjoys helping her clients relieve administrative burdens by creating streamlined processes to increase efficiency.  She has spent over 30 years working in HR consulting, data management, accounting, and the insurance industry.  Denise studied Information Technology and Accounting at the University of Cincinnati and holds both her Property & Casualty and Life & Health agent licenses in Ohio.

 

Doreen Davis
Service Analyst

Doreen handles the day-to-day communication and service for BTR Extend clients. She understands the importance of customer service and works to deliver excellent quality service and support to all of her clients.  Doreen brings over 20 years of Human Resource experience, with the last 10 years working specifically in the Benefits Administration area.  Doreen studied at Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science has her Bachelor’s of Science in Human Resource Management.

 

Erin Wilson
Client Experience Manager

Erin provides ongoing service and support to BTR Extend clients to deliver the best experience with their online enrollment platform.  While spending more than 7 years in a medical office using Benefit Administration platforms, Erin realized that building and maintaining ongoing relationships with clients is what brings her the most joy within a position.  She brings over 3 years of experience working directly with brokers and managing up to 25 clients at a time all while providing PlanSource configuration and system expertise. Erin’s diverse professional background in the medical field, worker’s compensation, teaching English and the travel industry provides her with additional skills in efficiency, troubleshooting and support for both clients and brokers. Erin received her Bachelor’s Degree in Liberal Studies from The University of Tampa

 

Ilene Ikwueme
Senior Configuration Analyst

Ilene assists BTR clients with implementations, configuration, EDI files, and ACA reporting.  Ilene’s strong communication and organizational skills allow her to provide a superior customer service and support experience.  She is results-driven and enjoys going the extra mile for her clients.  Ilene received her bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.

 

Iris Baize
Service Center Representative

Iris delivers ongoing customer service and support to BTR Extend clients and their employees. Prior to joining BTR, Iris spent 20 years in call center Training/Business Analyst work with a specialization in State Unemployment public assistance. Iris developed an appreciation for call center environments by developing training and guiding employees on how to better assist the public. She also developed a passion in implementing new processes and providing data analysis for state congress.  Her strong work ethic and commitment to lifelong learning has brought her to BTR.  She believes that combining her experience in customer service, her continuing to complete her degree in information technology and her gained knowledge here at BTR will provide a great asset to the clients we serve.

 

Jaime Ferguson
Technical Systems Analyst

Jaime handles all aspects of complex system administration and training for the division.  She has been integral to the BTR team for six years, working with our brokers and clients to offer superior project management and client service.  Jaime brings over 13 years of project management experience, including process implementations and troubleshooting within the higher education industry.  She was recognized for her PlanSource knowledge and expertise, receiving her super-user designation in 2019.  Jaime obtained her bachelor’s from the University of Central Florida and her master’s from Full Sail University.

 

Jean Lozano
Service Center Supervisor

Jean is responsible for overseeing day to day operations of our BTR Extend service center and employees. She interacts with BTR Extend clients daily to better understand their benefit administration service needs. She has an impeccable work ethic, leadership skills, and prides herself in being a devoted team member. Jean believes that collaboration and team building are essential to drive innovative solutions and produce quality results. She has a passion for HR Technology, benefit administration, and providing outstanding customer service. She has 20 years of call center and management experience combined. Jean has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management.

 

Jessica Rice
Configuration Analyst

Jessica handles the ongoing service for BTR Extend clients. She believes that teamwork and collaboration is the framework for providing top notch customer service. She has over three years of Benefits Administration experience and received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Wilmington College.

 

Jessica Tucker
Service Analyst

Jessica handles the ongoing service for BTR Extend Clients. She ensures her clients are taken care of with day-to-day questions and knows that teamwork is the foundation to creating a positive customer experience. She has 8 years of benefits experience within the healthcare industry and a strong 12-year foundation helping to serve and create positive customer experiences. Jessica received her Bachelor of Art’s Degree in Communications and Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University.

 

John Groves
EDI Analyst

John is a member of BTR’s in-house EDI team and is responsible for building and implementing optimized and complex file feeds for BTR clients.  Prior to joining BTR, John spent five years in a software and systems engineering role utilizing middleware software as a lead business analyst and EDI management.  John received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Kentucky and has two technical degrees in the same field from Bluegrass Community Technical College.

 

Justin Stephens
Service Analyst

Justin assists the BTR Extend Team by working behind the scenes to ensure the quality of our clients’ benefit administration sites and the integrity of their data. He brings over 6 years of experience in the HR Technology industry, specializing in ACA reporting. Justin holds an Associates Degree from Northwest Florida State College and continues to build his knowledge and expertise with each day at BTR.

 

Karen Gucma
Service Analyst

Karen serves as the day-to-day point-of-contact for service questions and renewal processing for BTR Extend clients. She prides herself on building strong relationships with clients by listening and understanding their unique needs and enjoys providing each client with a personalized customer service experience. Karen has 20 years of experience in Human Resources and Benefits Administration and received her Associates Degree in Accounting from Kalamazoo Community College.

 

Katie Hickey
Configuration Analyst

Katie develops, configures, and maintains client’s accounts for BTR Extend as a Configuration Analyst on the bswift team. She provides the highest level quality and care for clients to ensure their needs are met. Katie has three years’ experience with Benefits Administration solutions and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Wright State University in Dayton, OH.

 

Kellie Aisenstark
Team Lead

Kellie manages the implementation of new clients, as well as ongoing projects and renewals for existing clients.  She believes that strong team collaboration is the key to the most successful client experience.  One of the most exciting parts of Kellie’s role is being able to successfully translate a client request or need to a positive outcome.  Kellie has been with BTR for over five years and received her bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Towson University.

 

Kelsey McKee
Configuration Analyst

Kelsey is responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining our clients’ systems. She works as a Configuration Analyst on our BTR Extend side and has a passion for providing superior service to our clients. Kelsey has been in the benefits industry in some capacity for over 15 years and finds joy in making sure the clients are well informed on how our system works. Kelsey has her bachelor’s and master’s degree from the University of Phoenix, both focusing on business.

 

Kristin Canning
Senior Client Experience Manager

Kristin is responsible for managing client implementations and ongoing renewals for BTR clients.  She ensures that all clients have the BTR white glove service and support and believes that all clients should have an exceptional overall experience.  Kristin strives to provide a unique and personalized experience for every client and broker.  She received her associates from Gateway Community College and studied at Southern Connecticut State University.

 

Kristine Gallamore
Data Coordinator

Kristine provides ongoing service and support to our BTR Extend Team, ensuring the quality and integrity of our clients’ benefits administration sites.  She brings to BTR five years’ experience in the Employee Benefits Insurance industry. Kristine is a graduate of the University of West Florida where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration as well as her Master of Business Administration degrees.

 

Kyle Vashkulat
Client Experience Manager

Kyle is responsible for the system configuration and ongoing maintenance for BTR clients.  Kyle helps ensure that all client site configurations are done with the highest quality and meet exact client expectations.  He strongly believes in the importance of setting goals and working towards achieving them.  Kyle received his bachelor’s from Siena College and was a proud member of the 2012 United States Olympic team.

 

Londa Meckes 
Client Experience Manager

Londa supports the BTR Extend Division to ensure our clients are provided with an intuitive online enrollment experience. She brings over 20 years of HR experience to BTR, with the last 8 years focused in the Information Technology Industry. Londa’s industry background spans customer support, client implementation, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and product development. She’s a methodical thinker and driven to provide client satisfaction.

 

Lynn Crawford
Configuration Analyst

As a Configuration Analyst, Lynn works closely with her clients to ensure their system is working efficiently, updating the configuration when needed, and providing training and support.  Lynn collaborates with her customers to insure they are getting the most out of their system thereby increasing efficiency and productivity.

Lynn is an Employee Benefits and Retirement Plan Services professional with 20+ years of experience in New Business Implementation and Benefits Administration. Lynn has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth.

 

Missy Holder
EDI Analyst

Missy handles EDI implementations and support for BTR Extend clients. Missy has a team player mindset and believes in the importance of strong relationship building and collaboration. She has over 20 years of experience working with EDI integrations and technical and account management in the healthcare industry. Missy received her Bachelor’s Degree from Virginia Commonwealth University.

 

Norma Perez
Service Center Representative

Norma delivers ongoing customer service and support to BTR Extend clients and their employees. Prior to joining BTR, Norma spent 20 years in Office Management with a specialization in Human Resources and Accounting. Norma developed an appreciation for Benefit Administration systems in her years of training and guiding employees to better understand their benefits. Norma passionately believes collaboration and communication between departments build a proficient team capable of surpassing client expectations. Norma is currently attending South Texas College and working towards her degree in Human Resources Management.

 

Ryan Mantia 
EDI Project Manager

Ryan manages BTR’s in-house EDI team. He has 4 years’ experience in EDI management. He is passionate about implementing creative solutions through hands on training and empowerment of his team. Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree from Wright State University.

 

Sam Harvey
Client Experience Manager

Sam provides implementation and configuration support for BTR Extend clients and serves as an in-house ACA specialist. She is detail-oriented and loves finding creative solutions to complex problems. Sam strives to provide her clients the best implementation and service experience. Prior to joining BTR, she spent 10 years providing customer service in the Benefits Administration and payroll industries. Sam received her Associates Degree from Seminole State College.

Implementation Project Manager

Sam is responsible for Implementation project management, requirements gathering, overseeing site implementation, client training, back-end configuration, troubleshooting, data analysis/auditing, importing, and demonstrating bswift technology to prospective clients. Sam has spent six years in the Benefits Administration industry and delivers a user-friendly, end-to-end solution for his clients. Sam received his Bachelor’s Degree from Michigan State University.

Client Experience Manager

Shannon manages implementation projects and ongoing support for clients and brokers on BTR Extend Division. She has a true passion for providing outstanding customer service and enjoys building lasting relationships through her broker and client interactions. Shannon has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with an emphasis on enrollment and benefits administration. Shannon values being a lifelong learner and continues to expand her knowledge within the ever-changing technology industry.

Senior Implementation Project Manager

Shannon is responsible for managing client implementations and ongoing renewals for BTR Extend clients. She believes the key to a successful project is building a good client relationship and enjoys going above and beyond to meet the needs of BTR’s clients. Prior to joining BTR, she worked as an account representative and has over 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry. Shannon received her Bachelor’s Degree from Northern Michigan University.

 

Yvette Wareham Ganda
Configuration Analyst

Yvette provides ongoing service and support to BTR Extend clients. She has a passion for HR technology and is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience. Yvette prides herself on her strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to lifelong learning. She has over ten years of experience working with benefits administration and human capital management platforms and in human resources. Yvette received her Bachelor’s Degree from Spelman College and obtained her Master’s in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Georgia State University.
