Concetta Burns-Ramsey
Employee Navigator Division Manager

Concetta leads and manages BTR’s Employee Navigator Division.  For five years, she has project managed implementations and ongoing benefits administration integrations for BTR clients.  Concetta gives personal care and attention to each of her clients and is passionate about providing superior client service.  Prior to BTR, she worked as a system administrator where she managed system integration for clients.   Concetta received her bachelor’s in Human Resources Management from Park University and obtained her master’s in Information Technology Management from Webster University.

 

Jaime Ferguson
PlanSource Division Manager

Jaime leads and manages BTR’s PlanSource Division.  She has been integral to the BTR team for six years, working with our brokers and clients to offer superior project management and client service.  Jaime brings over 13 years of project management experience, including process implementations and troubleshooting within the higher education industry.  She was recognized for her PlanSource knowledge and expertise, receiving her super-user designation in 2019.  Jaime obtained her bachelor’s from the University of Central Florida and her master’s from Full Sail University.

 

Nikki Talley
bswift Division Manager

Nikki leads and manages BTR’s bswift Division.  She has over 10 years of experience in the benefits administration industry, and enjoys the technical side of her work, specializing in EDI integrations.  Nikki is results driven and devotes her time to process improvement and team development to ensure client satisfaction and retention.  Nikki received her bachelor’s in Software Engineering from Utah Valley University.

 

Alina Robbins
EDI Analyst

Alina is part of BTR’s in-house EDI team and is responsible for building and implementing file feeds for BTR clients.  She helps ensure the transmission of data from the system to the vendor runs smoothly, from implementation to production.  Prior to joining BTR, Alina spent seven years in the employee benefits industry, four of which were spent managing a large EDI department.  Alina received her bachelor’s in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

 

Amanda Stubenvoll
Quality Assurance Team Lead

Amanda is responsible for the onboarding and training on our technology platform to provide quality assurance.  She helps create efficiencies and process improvements for internal and external documentation practices and procedures.  Amanda is committed to helping employees gain an in-depth, consistent knowledge base to ensure clients have an exceptional service experience.  Amanda has 12 years of benefits administration experience, four of which she has spent with BTR.  She obtained her bachelor’s from Marquette University.

 

Angie Uhen 
Data Coordinator

Angie assists the BTR Benefits Administration Division in supporting our administrative clients. She utilizes all of her resources to ensure team excellence and client success. Angie brings over 6 years of experience in the HR Technology industry specializing in account and COBRA management, as well as eligibility. Angie studied at Lindsey Wilson College and continues to further her knowledge in the HR Technology field.

 

Danielle Haynes
Service Analyst

Danielle handles the day to day service for BTR benefits administration clients.  She understands that clients are the most valuable asset and is driven by the unrelenting pursuit of client satisfaction and team engagement.  Prior to joining BTR, Danielle spent over eight years working in data analytics, project management, and program development.  She has a bachelor’s from UC Santa Barbara, holds her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, and is currently attending the University of Central Florida to obtain her master’s.

 

Denise Pyott
Senior Configuration Analyst

Denise handles all aspects of system building and configuration for BTR clients.  She is thorough and has a strong attention to detail to ensure each client’s site is configured correctly the first time.  Denise enjoys helping her clients relieve administrative burdens by creating streamlined processes to increase efficiency.  She has spent over 30 years working in HR consulting, data management, accounting, and the insurance industry.  Denise studied Information Technology and Accounting at the University of Cincinnati and holds both her Property & Casualty and Life & Health agent licenses in Ohio.

 

Eliza Van Dixhorn
Configuration Analyst

Eliza manages both the implementation of new clients, as well as ongoing projects and annual renewals for existing clients.  She has a strong commitment to excellence and is passionate about exceeding client expectations. She believes creativity, resourcefulness, and consistency are key to providing her clients with the best possible experience.  Eliza has four years of experience working in the benefits administration software industry and earned her Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

 

Holli Brummett
Strategic Initiatives Coordinator

Holli handles the day-to-day service needs for BTR benefits administration clients.  Holli empowers her clients by helping them understand all aspects of the system and simplifying their HR technology processes.  Holli has more than 10 years of experience in service with five years in employee benefits.  She has a bachelor’s degree in Communications and has her Ohio agent’s license in Life and Health.  In addition, she has earned the Registered Employee Benefits Certification through the National Association of Health Underwriters (NAHU).

 

Ilene Ikwueme
Configuration Analyst

Ilene assists BTR clients with implementations, configuration, EDI files, and ACA reporting.  Ilene’s strong communication and organizational skills allow her to provide a superior customer service and support experience.  She is results-driven and enjoys going the extra mile for her clients.  Ilene received her bachelor’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix.

 

Jamie Betteridge
Project Manager

Jamie is responsible for managing client implementations and ongoing renewals for BTR clients.  She is a great asset, advocate, and ally for her broker and client base because of her exceptional results-driven commitment and adaptability.  Jamie believes every client deserves superior service and satisfaction and is committed to achieving this goal through team building and process improvement.  She brings five years of HR Technology experience and takes a relationship-forward approach to service and collaboration.  Jamie studied at the University of Florida and is a lifelong learner who continues to further her knowledge in the HR Technology industry.

 

Jessica Dyer
Service Analyst

Jessica handles the ongoing service for BTR benefits administration clients.  She ensures her clients are set up for success with the best support during day-to-day system questions, benefit renewals, and during the implementation process.  Jessica takes pride in finding solutions that create streamlined efficiencies for her clients to ensure they have a superior system experience.  She has been in the employee benefits and HR technology industry for over four years and has extensive knowledge and experience managing all aspects of ACA compliance.  Jessica received her bachelor’s from Eastern Illinois University.

 

Karen Gucma
Service Analyst

Karen serves as the day-to-day point-of-contact for service questions and renewal processing for BTR benefits administration clients.  She prides herself on building strong relationships with clients by listening and understanding their unique needs and enjoys providing each client with a personalized customer service experience.  Karen has 20 years of experience in human resources and benefits administration and received her associates in Accounting from Kalamazoo Community College.

 

Kellie Aisenstark
Team Lead

Kellie manages the implementation of new clients, as well as ongoing projects and renewals for existing clients.  She believes that strong team collaboration is the key to the most successful client experience.  One of the most exciting parts of Kellie’s role is being able to successfully translate a client request or need to a positive outcome.  Kellie has been with BTR for over five years and received her bachelor’s degree in mass communication from Towson University.

 

Kristin Canning
Senior Project Manager

Kristin is responsible for managing client implementations and ongoing renewals for BTR clients.  She ensures that all clients have the BTR white glove service and support and believes that all clients should have an exceptional overall experience.  Kristin strives to provide a unique and personalized experience for every client and broker.  She received her associates from Gateway Community College and studied at Southern Connecticut State University.

 

Kristina Chavez
Benefits Administration Manager, Strategic Initiatives

Kristina leads the business development and strategic initiatives for the BTR benefits administration division.  She excels in analyzing and translating broker and client needs into process improvements and strategic growth.  Kristina enjoys building strong broker relationships and providing consultative guidance and solutions to meet their HR technology needs.  She brings over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry and working with benefits administration platforms, five of which have been with BTR.  Kristina received her Bachelor’s in Business Management and her Master’s in Marketing with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Canisius College.

 

Kyle Vashkulat
SR Configuration Analyst

Kyle is responsible for the system configuration and ongoing maintenance for BTR clients.  Kyle helps ensure that all client site configurations are done with the highest quality and meet exact client expectations.  He strongly believes in the importance of setting goals and working towards achieving them.  Kyle received his bachelor’s from Siena College and was a proud member of the 2012 United States Olympic team.

 

Londa Meckes 
Project Manager

Londa supports the Benefits Administration team to ensure our clients are provided with an intuitive online enrollment experience. She brings over 20 years of HR experience to BTR, with the last 8 years focused in the Information Technology Industry. Londa’s industry background spans customer support, client implementation, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and product development. She’s a methodical thinker and driven to provide client satisfaction.

 

Megan Prewitt
Service and Configuration Analyst

Megan manages the day-to-day communication and service for BTR benefits administration clients.   She understands the importance of having the best end-user experience and strives to deliver superior service and support to all of her clients.  Megan spent 10 years working in human resources with a focus in employee management, benefits administration, data management, and payroll.  Megan studied at the University of Cincinnati and received her certificate in Rehabilitative Supportive Employment.

 

Melanie Ingram
Service Analyst

Melanie is responsible for providing ongoing service and support to BTR benefits administration clients.  She incorporates persistence, passion, and patience into her service to ensure her clients receive the best customer experience.  Melanie has 16 years of experience working with benefits administration technology with an emphasis on PEO clients.  Melanie received her associate degree from Seminole State College.

Service Analyst

Melanie assists BTR benefits administration clients with ongoing service and support.  She believes in going above and beyond for her clients and is commitment to providing consistent, unparalleled service and support.  Her background has included technology implementations product support, HRIS, and Project Management.  Melanie received her bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Illinois State University.

 

Missy Holder
EDI Analyst

Missy handles EDI implementations and support for BTR benefits administration clients. Missy has a team player mindset and believes in the importance of strong relationship building and collaboration.   She has over 20 years of experience working with EDI integrations and technical and account management in the healthcare industry.  Missy received her bachelor’s from Virginia Commonwealth University.

 

Molly Ansley
Project Manager

Molly is responsible for the configuration of BTR benefits administration platforms as well as ongoing system maintenance.  She is a strong believer in customer happiness and strives to provide client satisfaction that exceeds expectations.  She has over five years of experience in the employee benefits and technology industry. Molly received her bachelor’s from Central Michigan University.

 

Ryan Mantia 
EDI Project Manager

Ryan manages BTR’s in-house EDI team. He has 4 years’ experience in EDI management. He is passionate about implementing creative solutions through hands on training and empowerment of his team. Ryan received his Bachelor’s degree from Wright State University.

 

Sam Harvey
Project Manager

Sam provides implementation and configuration support for BTR benefits administration clients and serves as an in-house ACA specialist.  She is detail-oriented and loves finding creative solutions to complex problems.  Sam strives to provide her clients the best implementation and service experience.  Prior to joining BTR, she spent 10 years providing customer service in the benefits administration and payroll industries.  Sam received her associates from Seminole State College.

Senior Configuration Analyst

Sam is responsible for site configuration of BTR benefits administration platforms and providing ongoing system maintenance for BTR clients.  He enjoys the process of taking complex situations and takes pride in developing solutions for his clients.   Sam has spent over four years in the benefits administration industry and delivers a user-friendly, end-to-end solution for his clients.  Sam received his bachelor’s from Michigan State University.

 

Shannon Spilko
Project Manager

Shannon manages implementation projects and ongoing support for clients and brokers on BTR benefits administration division.  She has a true passion for providing outstanding customer service and enjoys building lasting relationships through her broker and client interactions.  Shannon has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry with an emphasis on enrollment and benefits administration.  Shannon values being a lifelong learner and continues to expand her knowledge within the ever-changing technology industry.

Shannon is responsible for managing client implementations and ongoing renewals for BTR benefits administration clients.  She believes the key to a successful project is building a good client relationship and enjoys going above and beyond to meet the needs of BTR’s clients.  Prior to joining BTR, she worked as an account representative and has over 10 years’ experience in the insurance industry.  Shannon received her bachelor’s degree from Northern Michigan University.

Yvette provides ongoing service and support to BTR benefits administration clients.  She has a passion for HR technology and is dedicated to delivering an outstanding customer experience.  Yvette prides herself on her strong work ethic, adaptability, and commitment to lifelong learning.  She has over ten years of experience working with benefits administration and human capital management platforms and in human resources.  Yvette received her bachelor’s from Spelman College and obtained her master’s in Business Administration and Human Resources Management from Georgia State University.
