Hayes Stevens
Senior HR Technology Consultant, Team Lead

Hayes supports BTR brokers and their clients with HR technology initiatives and also serves as the team lead for BTR’s consulting division. With over 10 years in the HR Technology industry, he provides unparalleled expertise to clients through a strategic, long-term success framework and approach.  His background includes project management, data management, system configuration, and utilizing cross-functional teams to support technology transitions.  Hayes’ ability to effectively align client needs with technology solutions comes from his thorough understanding of the HR ecosystem.  He is highly motivated and committing to BTR’s mission of bringing excellence in HR technology to our trusted partners and delivering a superior experience.

 

Amy Wilson
HR Technology Consultant

Amy works with BTR brokers to assist clients in creating more efficient HR department strategies.  She helps her clients streamline their processes and gain efficiencies with their current vendors.  Amy is committed to developing strong partnerships and is passionate about helping clients find new HR technology solutions to meet their needs.  She has spent over 20 years leading implementations and providing ongoing support for several major technology platforms.  Amy earned her bachelor’s in Business Administration from Drake University.

 

Hana El-Amin
HR Technology Analyst

Hana supports and facilitates BTR broker and vendor relations.  She is passionate about relieving the daily hardships of HR professionals through automation and optimized efficiencies, with an emphasis on client satisfaction.  Hana has spent 10 years in the payroll industry where she managed and maintained full-cycle payroll processes and time management, specializing in analytics.  She has her bachelor’s in Business Administration from SUNY College at Buffalo State.  Hana holds her Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Fundamentals of Payroll Certification (FPC) designations.

 

Holly Larson
Senior HR Technology Consultant

Holly manages one of BTR’s prominent national advisor relationships.  She is responsible for driving the overall strategy and delivering successful outcomes for her partners and clients through creative solutions and in-depth market analysis.  Her multi-faceted, 20+ year background includes sales, sales training, leadership, technology implementations, and team development.  Holly is a key contributor to BTR’s Consulting team because of her unique market perspective.  She is also a long-standing member of the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and received her bachelor’s from Clemson University.

 

Jannette Kresser
HR Technology Analyst

Jannette coordinates BTR’s vendor relationships and supports operational efficiencies for the Consulting Division.  She has over 20 years of experience in project management, contract administration, process improvements, and new technology implementations.  Because of her background and growth-oriented mindset, she easily adapts to the ever-changing HR technology vendor landscape.  Her support in vetting new technologies and managing critical intel directly translates to  success for BTR clients.  Jannette received  her bachelor’s from New Mexico State University and has certificates in Continuous Quality Improvements from SUNY-Buffalo.

 

Jessica Daily
HR Technology Project Manager

Jessica supports clients’ HR technology projects for BTR’s key advisor relationships.  She leverages over six years of experience in technology project management, benefits consulting, and data analytics to successfully meet clients where they are during their technology transformation journeys.  Her vast knowledge of the industry, both domestic and globally, allows her to successfully guide organizations of all sizes and industries to a more strategic technology state.  Jessica received her bachelor’s from Middle Tennessee State University.  She is currently pursuing her Project Management Professional certification through the Project Management Institute and is an active member of the Chattanooga PMI Chapter.

 

Kelly Zimmerman
HR Technology Consultant

Kelly works with BTR brokers to assist their clients with identifying current HR technology challenges.  She excels in developing technology strategies and efficiencies to help her clients find innovative solutions.  She enjoys thinking outside-of-the-box to provide clients with personalized, detailed HR technology recommendations.  Kelly has over 25 years of experience in the human resources and technology industry and received  her bachelor’s in Organizational Leadership and Supervision from Purdue University.  Kelly obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) designation and currently holds her Tennessee Life and Health license.

 

Samantha Bates
HR Technology Project Manager

Samantha supports one of BTR’s prominent national advisor relationships.  She is a tenured HR professional with over 10 years of experience in managing payroll, customer service, leadership, and financial accounting.  Her wealth of knowledge across the industry allows her to bring a true consultative approach to any engagement to maximize technology’s return on investment for her clients.  Samantha earned her bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in Management, from Strayer University.

 

Stephanie Berzai
Senior HR Technology Project Manager

Stephanie supports key BTR advisor partnerships and their clients with a wide array of HR technology consulting engagements.  She has over 14 years of employee benefits experience, including risk management, project management, and business operations.  Her strong, detail-oriented strategic background provides a best-of-both-worlds consultancy approach for her clients.  Stephanie obtained her bachelor’s from Indiana University and her master’s in strategic management from Indiana Wesleyan and holds her Michigan agent’s license in Life, Accident, and Health.

 

Theresa Kuta
HR Technology Project Manager

Theresa is responsible for carrying out all aspects of HR Technology projects from inception to execution. She is dedicated to team collaboration  to ensure all project milestones are met.  She has six years of experience working in account management and employee benefits administration.  Theresa received her bachelor’s in Business Management from  Southern Connecticut State University and her master’s in Business Administration and HR Management from Strayer University.
