Kelli LeMieux
Director, Consulting

Kelli leads and oversees BTR’s Consulting Division.  Her primary focus is bringing new ideas to fruition to solidify BTR’s reputation in the market, and to support overall growth, including change management, within the Consulting team.  She has a tremendous depth of knowledge in technology implementations, project management, shared services, leadership, and corporate planning.  Kelli studied at the University of Southern Florida and has spent her 15-year career in the HR Technology industry supporting the needs of both internal and external teams with an emphasis on compassion, establishing herself as a respected leader.


Josh Hoover
Director, Strategic Initiatives

Josh manages the strategic growth initiatives for BTR and cultivates vendor relationships.  His primary objective is ensuring that each vendor is armed with the best intel they need to be successful in engagements with BTR brokers and clients.  Josh is also a member of BTR’s leadership team and mentors members of the consulting team.  He is passionate about innovation, growth, and ensuring that BTR delivers cutting-edge ideas and strategy to our clients and partners.  Josh brings over 10 years of experience in the HR Technology industry, including Payroll and HRIS Administration.  Josh received his bachelor’s from Texas A&M University.


Corrina Nation
Manager of Strategic Initiatives & Broker Relations

Corrina is responsible for facilitating new broker partnerships as well as supporting BTR’s existing national broker relationships.  She enjoys the unique perspective she gains by working with a variety of agencies and teams.  Prior to joining BTR, she was responsible for building technology solutions and managing employer benefits strategies.  Corrina received her bachelor’s in International Affairs and Business from Florida State University and holds her Florida 2-15 license in Health, Life, Annuities, and Variable Contracts.


Merideth Henry 
Director, Finance

Merideth oversees control of the BTR finances helping to ensure a smooth billing and invoicing process for BTR brokers and clients.  She has a passion for finance and problem solving that continually helps propel the company forward.  Merideth has been with BTR for four years and has worked in finance for over 8 years with experience in billing and financial statement preparation, budget planning, deposits, payroll, accounts receivable, and accounts payable management.  Meredith obtained her bachelor’s from the University of Florida.


Reyna Bryant
Manager, Client Revenue Cycle

Reyna handles the invoicing and contract process for BTR’s Benefits Administration division.  She loves that her role gives her a birds-eye view into the different teams allowing her to offer meaningful insight to help support the division.  She has several years of experience working with data and analytics, and takes pride in her efficiency, organization, and problem-solving skills.  Reyna holds a bachelor’s in Business Administration and obtained her master’s in Digital Marketing from Full Sail University.


Ashley Kirasich
Operations Manager

Ashley oversees the BTR Operations team along with company-wide process improvement initiatives and aids the team in delivering top-notch engagement experiences for brokers, clients, and vendors.  She understands that streamlining operations and increasing productivity are critical components of BTR’s scalable growth and success.  Ashley finds developing and implementing collaborative, innovative solutions to be the most rewarding aspect of her job.  She brings has over 14 years of project management experience, seven of which came from her time with the BTR Consulting Team.  Ashley received her bachelor’s from the University of South Florida.


Emily Fleming
Communications Coordinator

Emily leads the marketing and communication initiatives for BTR and engages with our broker network to provide up to date industry information and insights.  She  enjoys crafting and delivering BTR’s voice to brokers and clients through the promotion of events, conferences, and industry trends on social media.  Prior to joining the BTR team,  Emily worked as a Market Specialist and has over 4 years of experience working with marketing and communications initiatives.  Emily received her bachelor’s degree from Jacksonville University and currently holds her Georgia Life, Accident, and Sickness license.


Andrea Robinson
Operations Administrator

Andrea is responsible for numerous HR, operational, and administrative duties at BTR that allow the company to continue moving forward.  She has been with BTR for over five years and has spent several years in various HR and administrative roles.  Andrea enjoys the diversity within her position and possesses strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.  Andrea holds her bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from Brenau University.


Amber Chadwell
Operations Services Specialist

Amber provides administrative and operational support across all departments within BTR.  She has over 14 years of experience working with organizations across a wide range of industries providing tactical and strategic support.  Amber strives to produce long-lasting, multidimensional success in all areas of business operations and HR administration.


Shellie Bailey
Operations Services Specialist

Shellie handles a multitude of operational and creative projects within BTR.  She enjoys being a part of a collaborative team and participating in the growth of BTR.  Shellie has over six years of experience working in human resources and operations roles.  Shellie received her bachelor’s from University of Massachusetts-Lowell.
