Kristina has been with the BTR benefits administration team for over five years, providing superior implementation and client management.  She excels in analyzing and translating client needs into software implementation and is committed to providing white glove service for each of her clients.  Kristina brings over 15 years of experience in the employee benefits industry working with benefits administration platforms.  She received her bachelor’s in Business Management and her master’s in Marketing with a concentration in Management Information Systems from Canisius College.
